Sully was born on 25 December 1908 in Whitechapel, London to Polish born parents Marks (Max) and Beatrice nee Ksonze and he had a twin brother Sandy and five more siblings. Their mother died before 1939. The 1939 Register shows the family living at 22 Oakdale Avenue in Ruislip. Max was a widower and working as a company director. Sully’s brothers David and Freddie are listed as invalids and Sully was working as a designer and sales manager. Also living at the home was Beatrice’s 102 year old mother Lebe Ksonze.
Sully enlisted in 1940. Details of Sully’s RAF service and cause of death are unknown to date.
