Biography

David was the son of Lewis Taylor of Johannesburg, South Africa.

David was born in South Africa and as a talented violinist, he won an overseas scholarship at the Royal Academy of Music. In 1939, he is listed as a Professor of Music living in Banstead.

The Royal Academy of Music still present the David Carl Taylor award.

David was on Bleinheim Z2575 which crashed during training. He died the next day from his injuries.
